On 26th August the Dengie Hundred BA held its Finals day at Southminster Bowls Club with the following results:
The Singles Final
John Strange (Tillingham BC) beat David Gamble (Burnham HillsideBC).
The Pairs Final
Len Hyam & Val Hyam (Burnham Hillside BC) beat John Wilson & Kevin Olley (Burnham Hillside Bowls Club).
The Triples Knock Out Final
Paul Hoveland, Ray Kempen & Jodie Waumsly (Southminster BC) beat Val Hyam, Len Hyam & Nigel Norfolk (Burnham Hillside BC).
The Triples League Final
Diamonds League - Kevin Brown, Sid Curtis & Kevin Olley (Burnham Hillside BC beat Hearts League - John Paveley (Southminster BC), Bob Hollis (Burnham Hillsdie BC) & Steve Thrumble (Tillingham BC).

NOTE: Steve Andow From Burnham Hillside BC (2nd from left)) was the forth member of the Diamonds team and Jasmine Paveley from Southminster BC (3rd from left) was the forth member of the Hearts team.
