Week 45 - 3rd August

It's Monday again and Star slitting is one of the first jobs.

Getting the Green cut is not always easy as it can be difficult to see the lines...

A spray of molasses helps to keep the Fairy Rings down.

It's Wednesday and not much rain so the watering system was used again the night before.

The use of the Groomer helps to keep the thatch down.

The never ending cut.....

Time to prune the Green edges.

Hedge clipping always keeps the place looking tidy.

It's Friday and the boss is away but there no rest for the rest of us as the Green still needs cutting along with the bank grassand at the same time a tools support rack was being made up.

Well it makes a change for me to cut the grass instead of putting holes in the Green but if the lines are not straight I'll be in big trouble....

A quick run over the banks to keep the grass down.
