Week 30 - 20th April

Now the outdoors has started regular cutting is needed. Also Monday I had a go with the start slitter (I'm taking he picture).

We also have to keep the bank grass down.

Hazel having a go at cleaning the front gutters etc.

I was at the dentist on Wednesday so no pictures but the Green was dew brushed , deep spiked and cut, so well done lads.....and what a busy day Friday was which all started with a dew brush of the Green!

After the dew brush the Green was spiked.

Following the spiking the Green had a cut.

Even at this early time of the year there's a little bit of thatch plus the grass is seeding so grooming was required to remove it.

And finally an application of fertilizer!

In the end a well earned cup of tea and biscuits superbly made by Terry (he's the one with his back to us).
